GROUNDWORK is a one-person field service operation based in China serving clients worldwide, especially in the United States. Clients who cannot travel to China submit tasks online; remote work is done from the operator's desk, and on-site work is performed in person — by the operator or a vetted local representative acting on the operator's responsibility. Every task ends with timestamped photos, HD video where relevant and a written report as evidence. The client always deals with one point of contact.

Services: remote research and checks (price checks, supplier inquiries, market research), factory and product visits, property and neighborhood visits, store and product checks, errands and document collection, filming and field reports.

## Pricing

- Remote research & checks: $129 per request (one 8-hour remote working day, deliverables within 2 business days)
- On-site service: $239 per working day (same-day results, billed from departure — travel time counts as work time)
- Cross-city or overnight trips: transport and accommodation billed at actual cost, itemized and confirmed before work begins
- Payment: quote approved first, then PayPal; work starts only after approval
- No markup on any travel expense
